If human activity is causing Climate Change then why is the climate on Mars doing exactly the same thing?

Climate changes on Earth are understood much better than they are on Mars or Neptune, for that matter. Just because one crackpot says it's so doesn't make it so. The widespread consensus and evidence indicates that a substantial amount of the warming that has been measured in recent decades is due to rapidly increasing greenhouse gases produced by human activities.
