Do you think this will help with my binging?
So i'm 5'2 around 110 pounds and suffering from bigning.. awhile ago i restricted my self to a hardcore diet now it backfired.. i'm trying to get over it and move on. i'm an athlete so it's very important. The cravings always happen at night.. no mattter how normal i am during the day then bam i binge. It happend at leats once every 2 weeks and killed me. So EVERY NIGHT i'm ALWAYS craving somthing sweet.. so after dinner.. (i eat very healthy so my dinner is normally chicken and veggies with sweet potato etc) Then after that I go to the kitchen grab somthing sweet that im craving (i stock up on luna bars and cliff bars because i'm so active. ) and i grab one i'm craving.. go sit down and eat it and chew it good. Then i throw the wrapper away and take a drink of water and do somthing eles RIGHT AWAY. I don't want to gain ANYMORE weight so will i gain weight by doing this if i'm eating a protein bar after dinner cuz i know you shouldnt have carbs before sleeping.
