Choosing a job in Houston,or Atlanta?

I'm an engineer, got an offer in Houston, huge company all over the world. Great Benefits, salary is OK to start, but they require me to travel 25% of the year. Atlanta, is a small company, salary is about the same, health insurance is good and I don't have to travel. I am having my first son in a month, but I am unemployed and relatives live in Miami, my wife is self employed but she can do what she does anywhere else, and wouldn't work for a few months after baby is born.
