Miami marine stadium rooftop closed? Are the rumors true?

I saw a person I used go to high school with went to the marine stadium and took beautiful pictures. I want to know how I can get in and when are there no guards. Is it true that they also took off the ladder and closed the top to get the the famous rooftops?
