If human activity is causing Climate Change then why is the climate on Mars doing exactly the same thing?

If global warming was caused by changes in the Sun, it would be even warmer on Earth than on Mars. Every other celestial body in the Solar System would be effected too. Is the Moon warming up? What about Jupiter, Saturn, and their moons? If warming is caused by the Sun, it just doesn't affect one or two planets. It affects all the planets.
