Which of the Florida Keys is the cheapest in January?

I'm looking to book a warm but relatively reasonable weekend vacation in Florida this upcoming January. I have heard that the Florida Keys are warm and was wondering if one of them was cheaper on average than the rest. Any other cheap south Florida recommendations other than Miami are welcome!
