Motorcylcle backfiring?

motorcycle backfire is usually related to carb/FI system and the exhaust system. you can try playing around with the carb idle , set it higher/lower and rev up the engine to see if it reduces the backfire (i know on mine, if i set the idle real low it tends to backfire). do you have an open exhaust system? if yes, try putting baffles on it (should reduce backfire).
